What’s your return policy?

Domestic: For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee. Return shipping has to be paid by the customer. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

International: For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

What if I want to exchange my stuff?

We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our sunny Marbella warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
